Atilla Gösterisli was born in Ankara in 1961.

He had his primary and secondary education in Ankara and college education in İstanbul at Kadiköy Maarif College.

His B.A. degree is from the Press and Broadcasting Faculty of the University of Ankara.

He completed his MA. degree at the Cinema Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Marmara in İstanbul. During this time he worked as a graphic artist, cameraman, assistant film director and art director.

He completed his first documentary film "Istanbul, a City of History and Culture" in 1989

His studies in computer aided animation field carried him to the computer world

In 1989, while he was working as a computer aided cartoon film designer, he founded the computer firm “Kilim Bilgi İşlem Sistemleri” which gained a stable place in the market quite early.. This firm was active in software production and “ lan and wan systems.”

In 1992 at the University of Marmara, Faculty of Administration he followed lessons on Organizational behaviour at the doctora level..

He concluded the sale of “Kilim Bilgi İşlem Sistemleri” in 2004.

He started “Kilim Net” in 1996 which was one of the first internet service providers in Turkey. He has been carrying the responsibility of “Kilim Net” as the director beginning from 2000.
